Coordinates and delivers technical, safety, and procedural training for construction materials testing and inspection personnel. Plans training programs, verifies proficiency, manages certifications and records, teaches testing procedures, coordinates equipment, and ensures compliance with ASTM, TxDOT, USACE, and safety standards. The role requires field instruction, communication with supervisors and clients, documentation, vehicle operation, physical testing activities, and occasional out-of-town travel.

Provides administrative and secretarial support for consultants, department managers, and office leadership. Responsibilities include proposal preparation, project setup, file and report management, billing and collections assistance, invoice and purchase order coordination, client prebill review, telephone coverage, document processing, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires independent judgment, confidentiality, strong organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, accounting familiarity, and flexibility for irregular hours.
