Processes vendor setups, invoices, payments, employee reimbursements, accruals, and expense reports. Maintains vendor and subcontractor documentation, verifies compliance records, routes invoices for approval, supports month-end close, and performs filing and office support duties. Requires accurate data entry, strong communication, accounting software experience, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Administers payroll and employee benefits data, including deductions, enrollments, reconciliations, invoices, HRIS updates, compliance reporting, COBRA support, and payroll documentation. Provides routine employee support, assists with open enrollment, onboarding, employment verifications, certified payroll, audits, and special projects while maintaining confidential records and data controls.

Performs construction materials and geotechnical engineering investigations, field observations, laboratory test coordination, data analysis, calculations, and report preparation. Directs technical staff and subcontractors, supports project scope and testing protocol development, communicates with clients, reviews reports and invoices, and assists with project purchasing. The role requires fieldwork at construction sites, travel, physical activity, and adherence to safety procedures.
