Act as the technical bridge between R2 and partner platforms to design, implement, and maintain integrations. Build APIs, ETL, and data pipelines; access live partner data to optimize decisioning; debug production systems; produce deployment playbooks, access protocols, and documentation; collaborate with product, data science, and backend teams to scale secure fintech integrations across Latin America.

Design, build, and maintain API-driven services and scalable systems. Own product and solution architecture, ensure uptime, reliability, and security. Deliver mission-critical systems on tight deadlines, raise code quality toward zero bugs, research tooling, and collaborate cross-functionally while promoting engineering growth and best practices.

Build, automate, and validate preventive and detective controls across operations. Write and optimize SQL, develop Python (pandas) scripts to test controls, create BI dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Power BI), investigate exceptions, document control logic, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed and remediate controls in production workflows.
