Processes ACH, cash letter, payment, card, ATM, and other transaction files; resolves exceptions, chargebacks, overdraft issues, and posting discrepancies; performs reconciliations, reporting, fraud monitoring, and remote deposit review. Researches transaction problems, supports audits and system testing, monitors vendors, and ensures compliance with payment regulations and operating procedures. The role also supports overdraft program administration and communicates findings and issues to management.
