Processes ACH, cash letter, return, card, ATM, transfer, remote deposit, and other transaction files. Resolves exceptions, chargebacks, overdraft items, and posting issues; performs reconciliations, fraud monitoring, reporting, and transaction research. Reviews regulatory and payment-processing requirements, supports audits and system testing, monitors vendor performance, and assists with overdraft program administration. Requires accurate, independent work, strong analytical and communication skills, and one to three years of related experience.

Collects delinquent loans, negative accounts, and returned checks while maintaining accurate records and following credit union policies and regulations. Contacts members, cosigners, and co-borrowers; negotiates payment arrangements; processes notices, garnishments, levies, refinances, and account offsets. Provides member assistance, resolves account issues, protects confidential information, and cross-sells credit union products and services.

Executes marketing initiatives for a credit union, maintaining brand consistency across channels, creating multimedia and written content, managing social media and website updates, coordinating vendors, supporting community engagement, ensuring advertising compliance, and tracking marketing expenditures. The role requires collaboration, strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and flexibility for evening or weekend community events.
