Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media; resolve complaints and technical issues; document interactions; manage customer accounts; prepare activity reports; provide product information; escalate unresolved issues; and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer service goals.

Responds to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media; resolves complaints and technical issues; escalates unresolved cases; maintains customer records and reports; communicates product updates; and collaborates with sales, marketing, and support teams to meet service goals.

Perform on-site and laboratory calibration, verification, adjustment, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, thermal, pressure, dimensional, and optical instruments. Maintain ISO/IEC 17025-compliant records, traceability, instrument histories, and equipment care. Provide technical guidance to clients, follow safety and quality standards, support process improvements, and participate in training. The role is primarily field-based, requiring regular travel to client sites within an 80 km radius.
