Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment; program and modify PLC logic; interpret technical schematics; optimize machinery; lead automation upgrades and machine builds; coordinate materials purchasing; maintain preventive maintenance programs; and implement cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including materials and production planning, warehousing, inventory, shipping, receiving, supplier coordination, and customer order management. Owns logistics costs, KPIs, SOPs, continuous improvement, and supply chain projects while ensuring delivery and inventory targets. Manages supplier and transportation performance and leads, coaches, and develops the logistics team.

Prepares and maintains quality documentation, including PFMEA, control plans, and operator instructions. Conducts process and product audits, monitors SPC, manages PPAP submissions and customer approvals, and facilitates APQP activities. Performs root cause analysis, 8D corrective actions, defect analysis, and customer complaint management. Supports production problem-solving, nonconforming material disposition, error-proofing, gage planning, quality training, and SAP-based customer rejection and complaint processes.
