Performs first-piece, incoming, and outgoing inspections of automotive plastic parts using dimensional measurement tools and CMM equipment. Identifies and contains nonconforming materials, documents inspection results, escalates supplier quality issues, and maintains inspection equipment. Supports calibration, workplace organization, 6S initiatives, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to quality specifications and production approval requirements.

Reviews production schedules, prepares component kits, picks and stages materials, supports machine changeovers, records inventory movements, returns unused materials, and maintains safe, organized warehouse and staging areas. Communicates shortages and discrepancies while following safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.

Provides hands-on HR support to employees and leaders across employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, compliance, engagement, documentation, reporting, and process improvement. Investigates employee concerns, coaches leaders, supports performance plans, coordinates training, administers HR programs, maintains records, and contributes to policy, organizational development, and HR systems initiatives.
