Support and maintain production quality by creating and updating PFMEA, control plans, and operator instructions; perform audits and SPC monitoring; manage PPAP/submissions and customer approvals; lead root-cause analysis (5 Why/8D), defect and return analysis; support production problem-solving, error proofing, disposition of nonconforming parts, SAP-based complaint/8D entry, gage development, and training of quality staff.

Manage customer EDI requirements, coordinate materials planning for Prototype and Pre-Series launches, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer demands.
