The role also supports platform demonstrations, issue triage, reporting, and process improvements for the UK media user experience.

Leads Qwoted’s enterprise adoption across major media organizations by building newsroom relationships, securing executive access, converting individual usage into standardized workflows, and delivering demos and training. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Data to translate newsroom needs into roadmap priorities, including AI matching, analytics, and workflow integrations. Owns media growth KPIs such as newsroom onboarding, active usage, expert requests, feature adoption, retention, and upsell.
