Provides senior technical and compliance leadership for pharmaceutical QC laboratories, ensuring cGMP and regulatory compliance across analytical chemistry and microbiology. Leads investigations, CAPAs, inspection readiness, data integrity, laboratory performance improvement, validation, SOP governance, training, and cross-functional quality initiatives. Mentors QC personnel and supports audits, regulatory inspections, and strategic laboratory projects.

The Sales Executive is responsible for pipeline growth, managing sales processes, closing deals, and collaborating with teams to achieve revenue targets in healthcare solutions.

Leads complex technical and manufacturing investigations involving OOS, OOT, deviations, data anomalies, and laboratory incidents in sterile injectable operations. Determines root causes, develops and verifies CAPAs, reviews technical documentation, trends recurring issues, supports inspections, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires strong knowledge of aseptic manufacturing, cGMP regulations, data integrity, analytical methods, quality systems, and problem-solving methodologies, while mentoring staff and collaborating across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Validation teams.

Manage onboarding, training, and relationship management for health-system customers using Quva BrightStream SaaS. Drive product adoption, document usage impact on hospital metrics, secure renewals and expansions, provide on-site and remote training, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
