The role also supports badge access, supplies, mail, visitor reception, phone systems, and customer service correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Provides senior technical and compliance leadership for pharmaceutical QC laboratories, ensuring cGMP and regulatory compliance across analytical chemistry and microbiology. Leads investigations, CAPAs, inspection readiness, data integrity, laboratory performance improvement, validation, SOP governance, training, and cross-functional quality initiatives. Mentors QC personnel and supports audits, regulatory inspections, and strategic laboratory projects.
