Responsibilities include BLE and Wi-Fi communication, sensor integration, real-time DSP and filtering, high-throughput data streaming, mesh protocols, NOR Flash data management, power optimization, and firmware debugging. The role uses Nordic nRF platforms and collaborates with hardware, mobile, and backend teams on system integration, RF performance, and sensor data pipelines.

Owns product quality and regulatory compliance for connected, battery-powered hardware across EU and US markets. Responsibilities include maintaining QMS and supplier quality, managing CE marking and technical files, coordinating certification testing and laboratory relationships, overseeing EPR and market registrations, preparing partner compliance packages, and embedding regulatory requirements into product design. The role ensures the portfolio remains conformant, audit-ready, and prepared for partner launches.

Lead Quin’s software team across people management, hiring, engineering quality, and hands-on development. Grow engineers, establish standards for code review, automated testing, CI/CD, and documentation, and improve delivery reliability. Review code and designs, resolve difficult technical issues, and collaborate with product, design, TPM, and embedded/platform teams. The role requires strong software engineering experience across mobile, backend/cloud, or web, plus direct management and team-building experience.

Owns Quin’s consumer marketing strategy across integrated campaigns, app marketing, social media, digital advertising, website content, and consumer storytelling. The role develops campaigns to drive app downloads, paid subscriptions, engagement, reviews, and brand advocacy. Responsibilities include managing creative partners and agencies, overseeing content production, conducting competitor and trend analysis, and supporting sponsorships and events. Success requires strong digital marketing, brand storytelling, communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Own end-to-end delivery for connected products spanning embedded systems, mobile apps, cloud services, web, QA, and design. Manage dependencies, risks, release cadence, readiness, versioning, rollback plans, documentation, escalations, and cross-functional execution. Improve planning and reporting through lightweight automation, maintain knowledge systems with appropriate access controls, and provide leadership with clear status and recommendations.

Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI for smart helmets and rider safety. Responsibilities include BLE and IoT device integration, FOTA updates, push notifications, in-app purchases, REST API integration, release management, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews. The role also involves location services, geofencing, watchOS, 3D models, modern iOS APIs, and collaboration in Agile teams.

Leads multiple Agile teams across mobile, web, firmware, hardware, and machine learning product development. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, coaches teams, coordinates stakeholders, manages schedules and resources, tracks delivery and performance metrics, supports testing, and drives continuous process improvement. Maintains project documentation and reports risks, progress, and mitigation plans to leadership.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Develop responsive interfaces, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven services while optimizing performance, security, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, participate in architecture decisions and code reviews, and apply testing and engineering best practices. Preferred experience includes dashboards, RBAC, distributed systems, cloud platforms, containers, observability, caching, and message queues.

Design high-fidelity, scalable product interfaces that balance strong visual execution with usability. Build and maintain design systems, apply UX principles, and enhance digital experiences through motion, iconography, and typography. Collaborate with stakeholders in an in-person studio environment, clearly communicate design decisions, and maintain meticulous attention to layout, spacing, and alignment. A formal design degree, 2–4 years of product design experience, mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong shipped-product portfolio are required.

Lead and mentor UI/UX designers while owning user experience strategy and design delivery for mobile and web applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, personas, journey maps, and design systems. Conduct user research and usability testing, ensure responsive and accessible experiences, collaborate with product and engineering teams, document standards, and manage design projects and timelines.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js backend systems, RESTful APIs, databases, and AWS cloud infrastructure. Manage MongoDB and SQL databases, monitoring, security, CI/CD, containerization, event-driven architecture, caching, and performance optimization. Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, highly available services and resolve production issues.

Develop and maintain Android applications integrating with smart helmets and safety devices. Responsibilities include BLE and IoT communication, FOTA updates, responsive UI development, push notifications, in-app purchases, REST API integration, Play Store releases, CI/CD, performance optimization, testing, and Agile collaboration.

Design and develop low-power embedded hardware for wireless devices, including RF and antenna systems, multilayer PCBs, schematics, prototypes, sensor integration, and hardware validation. Perform bring-up, debugging, power and RF testing, signal-integrity analysis, and test reporting. Collaborate with firmware and motion-algorithm teams, manage BOM and manufacturing requirements, develop test fixtures, and coordinate prototype and production builds with EMS partners.

Own product instrumentation, event taxonomy, metrics, data pipelines, dashboards, experimentation, and predictive modeling. Build analytics for product and marketing decisions, then develop and deploy customer-facing LLM features and secure data-connected agents using retrieval, tool calling, and agent frameworks. Partner with engineering, marketing, product, and leadership to establish Quin’s data and AI foundations across IoT and safety products.
