You're driven. You welcome the challenge. You are a self-starter and take initiative on any projects assigned. You are not afraid to make and admit mistakes and you fix what you can right away.

You’re up for a challenge. If you’re given the tools and the time to take on a creative task, you’re already ready to dive in. You’re up for any creative challenge, and can’t wait to learn new skills. You love design. You are highly proficient in the tools you need to deliver exceptional content. You are deep on the fundamentals as well as on top of latest trends, and thrive off of the unlimited creativity that your skills give you. You love being original, and hate copying or replicating.

You’re an excellent communicator. Every part of engaging and building an audience, and creating phenomenal content requires excellent communication skills. Whether it is communicating with your team to ensure a project goes smoothly, or creating marketing collateral to reach our customers, this skill is of paramount importance. You know how to be convincing, direct, and professional. You seek solutions, and use feedback to stimulate growth rather than friction. You love people from all walks of life, and have empathy for their experiences, and especially their chosen risks (not all of us would let our 12 year olds compete professionally in sports that put them at near-guaranteed risk of a concussion, but we respectfully serve our customers who do!).
