Lead the strategy and evolution of Quince’s onsite search from Algolia-based keyword search toward personalized, semantic, and AI-powered discovery. Responsibilities include improving relevance and performance, leading data platforms and experimentation, building search and ML roadmaps, partnering with data and engineering teams, overseeing QA and UAT, and translating customer insights into product improvements. The role requires extensive product management experience and expertise in search, machine learning, experimentation, and personalization.

Designs and implements software features for Quince’s Growth Marketing Engineering Team. Responsibilities include solving complex scale and stability issues, improving software performance and reliability, documenting systems and APIs, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and leading cross-functional software projects. The role focuses on building user-facing products and growth technology with high autonomy.

Manage leather inventory, quality control, supplier delivery performance, and tanning production support. Coordinate leather availability with production demand, inspect raw materials, monitor consumption and yield, maintain traceability records, and resolve supply or quality disruptions. Collaborate with tanneries, suppliers, planners, sourcing, R&D, and product development teams to improve production flow, meet on-time delivery goals, and inform purchasing decisions.
