Develops and enforces warehouse safety policies and training, leads PIT and dock safety programs, conducts audits and incident investigations, maintains OSHA compliance and safety records, partners with operations and HR to reduce incidents and drive continuous improvement.

Build and lead an in-house embroidery program: select equipment, write SOPs, hire and train operators, manage production, quality, uptime, inventory, and scale throughput to targets.

Lead quality assurance for Home Textiles, developing test protocols, FMEAs, inspection plans, and governance. Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development to ensure products meet design, safety, construction, and regulatory standards. Drive defect reduction, continuous improvement, and manage a team of QA professionals and third-party partners to implement quality systems and best practices.
