Teams at Quince

Leads denim sourcing across China and Southeast Asia by identifying, onboarding, and managing suppliers. Responsibilities include supplier performance, cost and pricing optimization, replenishment scalability, capacity planning, compliance with ethical and sustainability standards, risk mitigation, and contingency sourcing. The role collaborates with merchants, procurement teams, and vendors to improve product quality, margins, speed, reliability, and commercial terms.

Build Quince’s greenfield, AI-native supply chain planning platform from architecture through production. Own forecasting and optimization model pipelines, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, operator tooling, integrations, and AI-augmented workflows. Partner with scientists, planners, business leaders, and distributed engineering teams to translate supply chain needs into scalable systems. Set technical direction, establish engineering standards, and recruit and develop a high-performing team.

Own Quince’s global communications and proactive media strategy across business, retail, technology, and consumer press. Build journalist relationships, develop compelling story angles, lead milestone placements, and prepare executives for media engagements. Write and edit communications materials, support cross-functional launches, manage PR agencies, measure earned-media impact, and create scalable communications systems and playbooks. The role serves as the sole communications owner during Quince’s next stage of growth.
