Support sourcing for Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, and Tabletop categories by scouting vendors, onboarding partners, managing supplier relationships, monitoring capacity, building cost structures, improving product quality and launch metrics, and contributing to SOPs and continuous improvement across US, Canada, and Europe.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable storefront ecommerce systems and APIs across backend and frontend. Lead complex customer-facing features (browsing, product pages, cart, checkout), optimize performance, drive architecture and testing best practices, debug production issues, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and mobile teams to deliver high-quality, high-scale solutions.

Lead global bedding product development, manage timelines, samples, vendor execution, and cross-functional alignment (merchandising, sourcing, QA, creative). Drive quality standards, oversee testing and materials staging, run in-person vendor development trips, and maintain accurate development data to ensure timely product launches.
