Teams at Quince

Produces and leads 3–5 studio shoot days weekly, managing pre-production, logistics, talent, on-set visual execution, and post-production handoff. Translates performance briefs into scalable, test-ready social video content, including hooks, CTAs, alternate messaging, and b-roll. Partners with Growth Marketing, Brand, Creative, styling, merchandising, and editing teams to support performance testing, maintain creative quality, and manage organized asset workflows.

Reviews logistics vendor invoices, validates rates and delivered quantities against internal records and contracts, investigates discrepancies, coordinates corrections with vendors, processes payments, documents resolutions, and supports month-end logistics cost reconciliation. The role partners with Logistics, FP&A, Operations, and Engineering teams while improving invoice-validation efficiency and financial controls.

Develop and optimize high-performance React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android. Own complex mobile engineering problems involving rendering, startup time, memory usage, responsiveness, stability, and scalability. Work with React Native internals, native platform code, TurboModules, and modern libraries. Partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams, contribute to architecture and technical strategy, improve testing and reliability, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
