Lead global paid media strategy and execution across channels (Google, Meta, DV360, TikTok, ASA). Manage budget allocation, attribution, incrementality and MMM, agency relationships, affiliate programs, A/B testing, reporting, and mentor a remote team to optimize ROAS, LTV, and CAC.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 global IT support for macOS and Windows endpoints, manage device lifecycle and MDM, support identity and access (SSO/MFA), administer workplace SaaS and ITSM platforms, assist with endpoint security and compliance, onboard/offboard users, document procedures, and collaborate with security and cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.

Maintain and improve on-premises MLOps infrastructure: deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models; troubleshoot Linux/Docker/Kubernetes stacks; build CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring tools; productionize research artifacts; enforce testing and engineering standards; collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to scale ML systems.
