Picks up and delivers packages from various locations using a personal cargo van. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, daily equipment inspections, loading and unloading packages up to 70 pounds, locating addresses, completing delivery tasks through a smartphone application, maintaining customer communication, and following company policies, uniform requirements, and assigned or on-call schedules.

Provides customer support through order entry, delivery-status updates, issue resolution, and documentation. Coordinates expedited deliveries by selecting and monitoring drivers, adapting plans as conditions change, communicating with customers and drivers, correcting errors, and coaching new drivers. The role requires multitasking, strong communication, reliability, local-area knowledge, basic computer and typing skills, and cross-training in logistics coordination.
