Cross-train as a Logistics Coordinator to select and direct drivers, monitor dozens of drivers and hundreds of expedited deliveries daily, and coach new drivers. Multitask between customer support, order entry, delivery monitoring, and office duties in a fast-paced team environment.

Manage recruiting and onboarding: post jobs, review applications, screen and interview candidates, coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements, prepare offers and onboarding paperwork, schedule orientation and training, maintain applicant and employee records in Paycom, and provide administrative and customer support for the Denver office as needed.

Pickup and deliver packages using your own vehicle, starting near your home each day. Use a smartphone app for routing and communication, handle and carry packages up to 70 lbs, follow safety and company policies, pass required driving and background checks, and maintain professional customer interactions.
