Mentors engineers, partners with UX and Product, guides technical debt decisions, and leads root-cause analysis for multi-system outages. Requires strong expertise in distributed transactions, eventual consistency, OAuth2, OIDC, JWTs, SSO, GraphQL Federation, API gateways, and resilience engineering patterns.

Leads the design, deployment, and scaling of AI-assisted software development capabilities, including AI CI/CD, automation, agentic systems, and platform integrations. Provides technical direction and mentorship across engineering squads, establishes reusable engineering patterns, manages AI technology adoption, and ensures secure, compliant operation in a regulated financial environment. Partners with leadership on architecture and trade-offs while driving monitoring, observability, safety guardrails, and production scalability.
