Delivers client presentations, solution demonstrations, training, proposals, business cases, and tender responses. Advises sales teams during negotiations, tracks opportunities, gathers client feedback, coordinates service improvements, and supports marketing events. Requires extensive trademark operations experience, IPMS familiarity, strong communication skills, advanced PowerPoint proficiency, and fluency in English and German.

Leads Questel’s global brand identity and communication strategy, including corporate, product, employer, and internal communications. Manages a multidisciplinary team of five, oversees branding and communication budgets, coordinates PR and media relations, and drives brand consistency across countries and touchpoints. Owns internal communication channels, supports change management, and manages cross-functional projects. Tracks performance KPIs, reports to executive leadership, and optimizes initiatives using analytics.
