Provide technical localization engineering support for software, websites/CMS, e-learning and other file types. Build memoQ filters, integrate translations, perform engineering checks, document processes, advise clients and internal teams, prepare quotes, and support special projects to optimize localization workflows and ensure quality.

Manage end-to-end billing and accounts receivable: process invoices in ERP, submit via portals, modify LEDES invoices, handle intercompany invoicing, client onboarding, accruals, respond to financial/contractual queries, support audits, and prepare reports. Liaise with Sales, Accounting, Credit Management and clients; ensure accuracy and month-end closing.

Join FP&A to produce and present business and group reporting, ensure data quality and accounting compliance, migrate reporting from Excel to BI, automate processes, and support budgeting, reforecasting and business reviews while partnering with Sales, Operations and Finance stakeholders.
