Maintains and supports enterprise network infrastructure across multiple vendors and data center technologies. Responsibilities include network installations, configurations, upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, performance tuning, root cause analysis, ticket management, documentation, and infrastructure drawing maintenance. The role also contributes to network architecture and supports customers, vendors, engineers, and executives while working a Tuesday-through-Saturday, 3 PM to midnight schedule.

Design, propose, and deploy turn-key access control and IP/analog surveillance systems. Survey sites, produce scope, BOMs, oversee installations, configure and commission systems, provide training and troubleshooting, produce as-built drawings, and assist customers with investigations and support.
