Lead and build a multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for scaling cementitious-material technology from pilot and demonstration stages through commercial deployment. Direct process and equipment design, scale-up, engineering documentation, supplier and EPC evaluation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, safety, and change management. Recruit and mentor engineers while serving as the senior technical authority and balancing performance, cost, reliability, safety, and schedule. The role is hands-on, customer-facing, full-time, and on-site with domestic and international travel.
