Lead Quartermasters Asia expansion by owning end-to-end business development with government, defense, and commercial clients. Build senior relationships, shape capture strategies, partner with engineering for deployments, navigate procurement cycles, and scale regional sales operations.

Lead end-to-end execution of a rugged maritime hardware program from design freeze through EVT/DVT/PVT, production ramp, and global fielding. Maintain integrated schedules, drive open-item closure, manage contract manufacturers and long-lead risk, coordinate compliance/certification, run ECR/ECO processes, plan NPI and field rollout, maintain program artifacts, and enable cross-functional decision cadence.

Drive domestic and international business development for maritime AI/robotics products; identify, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities with US government and commercial partners; support proposals (RFIs/RFPs/white papers), partner with engineering and program teams to grow accounts, optimize sales processes, and maintain awareness of acquisition pathways (OTAs, MTA, SBIR/STTR, IDIQ).

Responsible for crafting narratives about AI and maritime technology, authoring briefs, managing media requests, and ensuring technical accuracy in messaging to various stakeholders.

Embed with operational users to map workflows, define problems, integrate hardware and software, train users, brief leadership, and ensure deployed capabilities are adopted and relied upon.

Own and deliver end-to-end full-stack features for a React frontend and Spring Boot backend. Build/version REST APIs, scale microservices on AWS, optimize PostGIS queries, implement real-time UI updates, support on-call incident response, and mentor engineers.

Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for RF signal detection, classification, and vessel activity tracking in maritime intelligence.

The General Counsel will lead legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, negotiate contracts, manage intellectual property, and advise the executive team on various legal matters.

Design and develop SDR-based subsystems for maritime sensing, including schematic development, PCB layout, integration, and validation of RF hardware.
