Own mechanical projects from concept through prototyping, testing, and production release. Ensure designs meet sealing, corrosion resistance, vibration, serviceability, manufacturability, and reliability requirements while collaborating with electrical, manufacturing, operations, suppliers, and remote teams.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-engineering business roles (finance, legal, HR, operations). Partner with hiring managers, source and engage candidates, standardize interviews and evaluations, gather interviewer feedback, support offers and candidate experience, maintain hiring records, and coordinate with the recruiting team for consistent processes.

Own and evolve the embedded Linux platform for vessel-mounted NVIDIA Jetson edge devices. Integrate cameras, radar, SDR, AIS, GPS, and thermal sensors; develop ROS2 middleware and edge AI inference pipelines; optimize edge-to-cloud connectivity; manage OTA deployments; troubleshoot production systems; and lead PTZ camera integration and stabilization decisions that improve ML detection, classification, and tracking performance.

Owns automated test frameworks, QA tooling, integration pipelines, and validation platforms for edge and cloud systems. Builds end-to-end integration and regression tests, ETL data quality checks, backend test services, monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD testing pipelines. Investigates distributed software, firmware, and data integration failures, performs root-cause analysis, and partners with engineering teams on test plans, qualification procedures, and performance benchmarks.

Lead Quartermaster's market entry and expansion in Europe by managing regulatory strategy, import/logistics setup, vendor and partner onboarding, and stakeholder relations. Build local teams, align cross-functional partners, negotiate partnership and space-use agreements, and ensure compliance with maritime, customs, spectrum, and data rules. Success measured by SmartMast units installed and reporting in European waters.

Lead Quartermaster's expansion across Africa by developing regulatory strategy, market-entry playbooks, and import/logistics frameworks; build vendor ecosystems and local teams; secure partnerships and agreements to install and activate SmartMast units while ensuring compliance and cross-functional alignment.

Lead Quartermaster's Middle East market entry by securing regulatory approvals and maritime partnerships, building import/logistics and installer networks, creating region-specific market entry playbooks, and recruiting and scaling a local cross-disciplinary team to deploy and activate SmartMast™ units across strategic maritime corridors.

Embed with operational users to map workflows, define problems, integrate hardware and software, train users, brief leadership, and ensure deployed capabilities are adopted and relied upon.

Own and deliver end-to-end full-stack features for a React frontend and Spring Boot backend. Build/version REST APIs, scale microservices on AWS, optimize PostGIS queries, implement real-time UI updates, support on-call incident response, and mentor engineers.
