Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-engineering business roles (finance, legal, HR, operations). Partner with hiring managers, source and engage candidates, standardize interviews and evaluations, gather interviewer feedback, support offers and candidate experience, maintain hiring records, and coordinate with the recruiting team for consistent processes.

Own and evolve the embedded Linux platform for vessel-mounted NVIDIA Jetson edge devices. Integrate cameras, radar, SDR, AIS, GPS, and thermal sensors; develop ROS2 middleware and edge AI inference pipelines; optimize edge-to-cloud connectivity; manage OTA deployments; troubleshoot production systems; and lead PTZ camera integration and stabilization decisions that improve ML detection, classification, and tracking performance.

Build, operate, and maintain hardware-in-the-loop test infrastructure; integrate sensors, computers, instrumentation, and networked hardware; develop and execute manual and automated test procedures; document secure, traceable test results; coordinate with engineering and product teams; and perform field validation aboard vessels in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area and other U.S. sites.
