Lead and grow a team to own and deliver calibration software for quantum processors: set roadmap and milestones, architect modular software and HALs, establish production-grade engineering and testing practices, recruit and mentor senior engineers, and coordinate integrations with third parties.

Lead centralization of purchase orders and contracts, optimize suppliers and tenders, define procurement SOPs, support ERP selection, develop spend analytics, TCO and category strategies, and manage supplier risk and ESG analytics across indirect services and direct materials.

Translate quantum device R&D into repeatable, high-yield fab processes. Lead equipment Site Acceptance Testing (IQ/OQ/PQ), transfer and qualify process modules (PVD, CVD, ALD, etch, evaporation, dicing, writing), deploy SPC/FDC and DOE for yield improvement, manage MES recipe lifecycle, document SOPs and qualification reports, and train technicians while collaborating across R&D, equipment, facilities, and production.

Lead transfer of semiconductor/quantum device processes from R&D to kilofab, qualify incoming equipment via SAT, develop PQPs and SPC/FDC, run DOE and root-cause analysis, maintain MES recipe lifecycle, document SOPs, and train technicians to improve yield and repeatability.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modelling. Partner with R&D, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to provide KPIs, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, IFRS-aligned reporting, month-end close support, audits, and FP&A process and BI automation. Support strategic initiatives including M&A, grants, licensing, and investment analysis.

The Quantum R&D Engineer will design, validate, and iterate on quantum processor components, performing cryogenic measurements, automating workflows, and collaborating across teams to enhance processor performance.

Design, build, and operate room-temperature and cryogenic RF/DC measurement infrastructure. Plan and run RF/DC test campaigns, diagnose anomalies, document setups, scale automated switching matrices and signal lines, and collaborate with R&D to improve validation, repeatability, and measurement throughput.

The Quantum Design Engineer will develop quantum chip design tools, manage design projects, and support Foundry customers in chip design, focusing on RF engineering and collaboration with fabrication teams.
