Own end-to-end recruiting for 8–10 engineering and operations roles, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain ATS data, improve recruitment processes, resolve pipeline issues, and support employer-branding events. The role requires startup recruiting experience, comfort with technical profiles, strong English communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

Designs RF, PCB, electromechanical, and packaging components for cryogenic quantum processors. Responsibilities include high-density PCB and chip layouts, microwave signal integrity, impedance matching, cryogenic integration, thermal-cycle validation, dilution refrigerator testing, and automated design workflows. Requires electrical engineering expertise, hands-on PCB design, RF/microwave knowledge, and cryogenic hardware experience.

Design, develop, configure, integrate, test, deploy, and support MES and automation solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. Manage MES workflows, master data, constraints, dispatching, and DOE functionality. Develop SECS/GEM interfaces, equipment automation, interlocks, simulations, and validation processes. Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC, historian, databases, APIs, and factory systems. Coordinate projects, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, prepare documentation, and support production ramp-up.
