Support commercial management with dashboards, analysis, and forecasting. Act as central hub for cross-functional alignment (Marketing, Finance, Production). Enable the Sales team by improving processes, managing HubSpot CRM, automating tasks, and maintaining reports for internal and external audiences.

Own and grow an international territory selling complex quantum/advanced-hardware solutions to research institutes, universities, national labs and commercial customers. Generate new business, manage full sales cycle, coordinate technical evaluations with engineering, build channel and technology partnerships, maintain pipeline forecasting in HubSpot, and provide market feedback to Product and Leadership.

Lead and grow a team to own and deliver calibration software for quantum processors: set roadmap and milestones, architect modular software and HALs, establish production-grade engineering and testing practices, recruit and mentor senior engineers, and coordinate integrations with third parties.
