Monitor and investigate cybersecurity alerts across enterprise, cloud, and SaaS environments. Triage and analyze high-priority incidents, conduct digital forensics and malware investigations, document findings, tune SOC detection content, research emerging threats, and collaborate with threat hunting and intelligence teams. The role also mentors Tier 1 analysts, supports SOC process improvements, and communicates with customer stakeholders.

Leads federal quantum business development across civilian, defense, intelligence, and energy markets. Identifies and closes opportunities, builds a $100M annual pipeline, and targets $20M+ in yearly wins. Develops customer, partner, and supplier relationships; guides qualification, gate reviews, win strategies, value propositions, and pricing. Collaborates with technical teams to create deliverable solutions and serves as a player-coach for quantum sales efforts.

Administer and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, servers, workstations, switches, routers, and network infrastructure in a secure DoD enclave. Responsibilities include patching, backups, network troubleshooting, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, documentation, cybersecurity compliance support, and customer-facing technical issue resolution. The role coordinates with ISSOs, ISSMs, government customers, and technical teams while maintaining enclave operations and security.
