Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, customized demos, trials, proof-of-concepts, negotiations, and closing. Owns full-cycle recruiting for sales, customer success, and marketing roles. Responsibilities include sourcing outbound candidates, managing candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers, closing senior GTM talent, and building recruiting infrastructure such as ATS processes, interview kits, sourcing playbooks, and pipeline reporting.

Build Energy coverage using proprietary datasets and AI-enabled primary research. Produce data-driven company and market analyses, charts, scorecards, and written takeaways. Lead semiconductor and technology-hardware research coverage: design tracking scope, interview value-chain experts, analyze proprietary datasets, produce forward-looking insights for investors and corporate clients, publish thought leadership, and partner with product and engineering to refine AI-native research methodology.

Lead and scale Qualitate’s revenue org: own quota and forecast, build sales playbooks and enablement, hire and ramp AEs and managers, run pipeline and deal cadences, and align product, marketing, and post-sales to drive enterprise growth.
