Hands-on Growth Marketer responsible for creating campaign assets, running experiments across paid, email, website, SEO, and outbound channels, optimizing acquisition, improving conversion paths, and analyzing campaign performance. The role requires independently writing and designing creative, managing budgets, using marketing analytics tools, and collaborating with Sales, Design, Engineering, and Research in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.

Own and scale Qualitate’s revenue operations function, including HubSpot architecture and administration, CRM governance, forecasting, pipeline visibility, data quality, attribution, GTM processes, rep ramp infrastructure, quota, compensation, and territory mechanics. This hands-on leader will build the function from the ground up, partner with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership, and use analytics and AI to make revenue growth measurable, forecastable, and efficient.

Build and operate Qualitate’s go-to-market automation infrastructure across prospecting, enrichment, routing, outreach, reporting, and attribution. Develop AI agents and LLM-powered workflows, integrate revenue tools and APIs, create dashboards and experimentation frameworks, and maintain reliable, observable data pipelines. Partner with sales, growth, operations, and leadership to turn manual processes into scalable systems, improve data quality, and rapidly test and deploy new capabilities.

Lead product strategy and execution to grow and retain a global expert community. Own onboarding, engagement, compensation, reputation, mobile/web experience, and metrics. Partner with engineering, design, data, and ops to build AI-assisted, human-in-the-loop systems that convert expert conversations into structured, trusted insights at scale.

Own and define Industrials research at Qualitate: design coverage, analyze proprietary datasets, produce forward-looking investment insights, publish client-facing research, collaborate with product and engineering, and refine AI-enabled primary research methodology.

Own Data, Cloud & AI coverage using a proprietary dataset to produce forward-looking, data-driven research. Analyze trends across AI/ML operations, databases, data integration, governance and cloud infrastructure; produce client-facing insights, thought leadership, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve research methodology and platform fidelity.

Analyze proprietary primary-research datasets to produce company and market analyses, charts, scorecards, and written takeaways. Develop forward-looking sector insights, contribute thought leadership, support client conversations, and partner with product and engineering to refine research methodology. Rotate across sectors, learn quickly, and grow into dedicated coverage.

Build Energy coverage using proprietary datasets and AI-enabled primary research. Produce data-driven company and market analyses, charts, scorecards, and written takeaways. Collaborate with product and engineering to improve methodology, support client conversations, and publish thought leadership across energy, utilities, clean energy, and adjacent infrastructure themes.

Lead semiconductor and technology-hardware research coverage: design tracking scope, interview value-chain experts, analyze proprietary datasets, produce forward-looking insights for investors and corporate clients, publish thought leadership, and partner with product and engineering to refine AI-native research methodology.

Lead and scale Qualitate’s revenue org: own quota and forecast, build sales playbooks and enablement, hire and ramp AEs and managers, run pipeline and deal cadences, and align product, marketing, and post-sales to drive enterprise growth.

Own and scale Qualitate's end-to-end compliance program: manage security certifications (e.g., SOC 2), data privacy, expert vetting and MNPI safeguards, governance and records, contract templates, customer compliance delivery, sales enablement, and embed controls into product and systems.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales into software, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and developer tools companies. Prospect and build pipeline, run tailored demos and pilots, navigate multi-stakeholder procurements and security reviews, convert pilots to six-figure+ contracts, drive expansion across teams, feed product insights to engineering, and help define enterprise sales playbook, pricing, and packaging for a founding GTM team.
