Own Qualitate’s data engineering foundation by building pipelines for structured and unstructured data, designing relational and non-relational data models, and developing AI-powered enrichment workflows. Establish data quality monitoring, integrations, schemas, contracts, lineage, and documentation. Partner with Applied AI, Research, and Engineering while shaping the company’s early data architecture and enabling customer data integrations.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for sales, customer success, and marketing roles. Responsibilities include sourcing outbound candidates, managing candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers, closing senior GTM talent, and building recruiting infrastructure such as ATS processes, interview kits, sourcing playbooks, and pipeline reporting.

Manage data quality assurance processes, resolve data errors and escalations, build compliance guardrails, launch surveys, and develop workflows for unstructured data. The role also manages offshore service providers, maintains SOPs, and creates reporting and tracking tools. Success requires strong data validation and cleaning skills, SQL and spreadsheet proficiency, attention to detail, and comfort working with ambiguity in an early-stage technology company.
