Corporate Counsel will manage corporate governance, equity, subsidiary, financing, M&A, and commercial contracting matters. The role drafts and negotiates partnership, SaaS, vendor, and procurement agreements; advises cross-functional teams on deal structure, intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory risks; manages outside counsel; and maintains legal templates, playbooks, and training. The position requires collaboration with legal, finance, procurement, security, IT, sales, partnerships, product, and operations teams.

Own technical support cases for enterprise real estate software from triage through resolution. Diagnose application, service, integration, configuration, and data transmission failures using logs, stack traces, packet analysis, and database queries. Perform installations, upgrades, and migrations; lead customer troubleshooting sessions; coordinate escalations with Engineering and Infrastructure; support release readiness; and maintain documentation and runbooks. The role also requires customer relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and scheduled after-hours or occasional weekend support.

Own technical accounting, financial reporting, accounting policy, audit support, and special projects for a growing SaaS company. Research complex U.S. GAAP matters, draft technical memoranda, oversee disclosures, support purchase accounting and M&A integration, and assist with operational accounting, close activities, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and complex contracts. Partner with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Business Development, and the Controller to implement scalable accounting processes and controls.

Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Qualia’s payments product for real estate closings. Lead end-to-end payment flows across ACH, wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks; collaborate with design, engineering, legal, risk, operations, bank partners, and marketing; define requirements and milestones; analyze adoption data; and continuously improve customer value while balancing technical complexity and risk.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to business units, advising leaders on talent management, employment law, employee relations, investigations, performance management, accommodations, and complex leave matters. Analyzes HR metrics, improves onboarding and offboarding workflows, supports HR technology operations, mentors People Operations team members, and drives initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational growth.

Manage SMB customer renewals, upsells, cross-sells, revenue targets, and churn mitigation for existing SaaS accounts. Develop go-to-market strategies, monitor product adoption and customer satisfaction, negotiate commercial agreements, and partner with Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams. The role requires consultative account management, customer communications, objection handling, and familiarity with SaaS contracts, Salesforce, and Excel.

Own billing operations across subscription and usage-based accounts, including payment processing, invoice generation, credits, refunds, concessions, collections, disputes, and billing-data quality. Investigate discrepancies, manage nonstandard payment terms, and serve as the primary billing contact for customer-facing teams. Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance, Customer Success, Growth Management, Support, and Engineering to maintain accurate quote-to-cash processes and resolve customer billing issues.

Lead and grow a hands-on payments engineering team building secure, scalable systems for ACH and wire transfers. Responsibilities include payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, banking integrations, fraud prevention, anomaly detection, escrow applications, architecture, data integrity, idempotency, failure handling, and audit logging. Partner with compliance, risk, accounting, security, and customer-facing teams to meet regulatory requirements while mentoring engineers and managing high-liability production systems.

Develop and modernize full-stack software across Windows desktop applications, APIs, server products, and AI offerings. Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused features, make architectural decisions, troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, and improve scalability and maintainability. The role uses C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, SQL Server, WPF, WinForms, and ASP.NET while supporting legacy modernization and new technology integrations.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll build and extend web technologies, make key architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers in a fast-paced environment.

Partner with Finance, Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve controls, bring consultant-supported work in-house, and automate audit workflows using AI and system-driven processes.

Own Qualia Clear’s curative AI agent portfolio across roadmap, requirements, prototyping, releases, adoption, performance, and iteration. Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, executives, and customers to deliver AI agents for title workflows nationwide. Analyze utilization, accuracy, and cost metrics, write precise PRDs, drive adoption, and improve agent performance across all 50 states.

Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, and reporting; partner with VPs/C-level on strategic decisions; build financial models and AI-powered automation; produce executive and investor materials; support M&A, fundraising, scenario planning, and scalable FP&A processes.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade test infrastructure, release orchestration tooling, and performance testing systems. Drive automation strategy across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end layers, migrate test frameworks (Cypress to Playwright), add observability for flakiness and reliability, and mentor engineers while solving complex infrastructure and AI-assisted testing problems.
