Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, executives, and customers to deliver AI agents for title workflows nationwide. Analyze utilization, accuracy, and cost metrics, write precise PRDs, drive adoption, and improve agent performance across all 50 states.

Own SMB customer implementations for the first 50–90 days as main point of contact. Drive project schedules, configure Qualia, align stakeholders and GMs/CSMs, resolve technical issues, and graduate customers quickly with high satisfaction.
