Manage cash reconciliations for customer escrow accounts, process banking files, resolve transactional exceptions, produce accounting and month-end reports, communicate account status to clients and internal teams, support and transition clients to Qualia Recon Service, and maintain daily 3-way reconciliations to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Own strategy and execution for Qualia Connect, driving platform roadmap, embedding AI and intelligent automation, unlocking network effects, collaborating across Engineering/Design/Go-to-Market, and hiring and mentoring product managers to scale a high-performance product organization focused on reliability and customer value.

Support Qualia's Strategic Finance team by building and owning financial models and reports, analyzing revenue and cost drivers, leveraging AI to accelerate insights, advising on pricing/product/investments, supporting fundraising and board materials, and scaling financial processes across departments.
