Lead end-to-end product design for Qualia's B2B real estate platform. Create human-centric interaction and visual designs, collaborate with Product and Engineering, drive design strategy and quality, evolve the design system, measure outcomes, and mentor peers to deliver high-quality feature launches.

Lead post-sale onboarding for enterprise clients: manage implementation projects, configure the Qualia platform and integrations, deliver training, perform QA, mitigate risks, document progress, and hand off to Customer Success.

Manage cash reconciliations for customer escrow accounts, process banking files, resolve transactional exceptions, produce accounting and month-end reports, communicate account status to clients and internal teams, support and transition clients to Qualia Recon Service, and maintain daily 3-way reconciliations to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
