Improve full-stack escrow applications, ensure transactional integrity and auditability, collaborate with compliance and accounting teams, make architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and participate in on-call support.

Own Qualia’s SOC 1 program, including readiness, control design, evidence collection, remediation, and external examinations. Lead internal control testing for SOC 2, build a broader internal audit function, establish risk-based audit planning, and report findings to executives and the Board. Partner with Finance, Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve controls, bring consultant-supported work in-house, and automate audit workflows using AI and system-driven processes.

Own Qualia Clear’s curative AI agent portfolio across roadmap, requirements, prototyping, releases, adoption, performance, and iteration. Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, executives, and customers to deliver AI agents for title workflows nationwide. Analyze utilization, accuracy, and cost metrics, write precise PRDs, drive adoption, and improve agent performance across all 50 states.
