Corporate Counsel will manage corporate governance, equity, subsidiary, financing, M&A, and commercial contracting matters. The role drafts and negotiates partnership, SaaS, vendor, and procurement agreements; advises cross-functional teams on deal structure, intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory risks; manages outside counsel; and maintains legal templates, playbooks, and training. The position requires collaboration with legal, finance, procurement, security, IT, sales, partnerships, product, and operations teams.

Own technical support cases for enterprise real estate software from triage through resolution. Diagnose application, service, integration, configuration, and data transmission failures using logs, stack traces, packet analysis, and database queries. Perform installations, upgrades, and migrations; lead customer troubleshooting sessions; coordinate escalations with Engineering and Infrastructure; support release readiness; and maintain documentation and runbooks. The role also requires customer relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and scheduled after-hours or occasional weekend support.

Own technical accounting, financial reporting, accounting policy, audit support, and special projects for a growing SaaS company. Research complex U.S. GAAP matters, draft technical memoranda, oversee disclosures, support purchase accounting and M&A integration, and assist with operational accounting, close activities, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and complex contracts. Partner with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Business Development, and the Controller to implement scalable accounting processes and controls.
