Own global demand forecasting across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons using Logility. Manage forecasting methodologies, system parameters, and master data; support S&OP reviews and scenario modeling; monitor forecast performance; and provide recommendations to improve accuracy. Partner with sales, marketing, key accounts, supply planning, and senior leadership to translate market insights into demand plans, identify risks and opportunities, optimize planning systems, and drive continuous improvement.

Leads Quad Lock’s commercial growth across Asia, owning B2B wholesale, Shopify D2C, and regional marketplace revenue. The role develops commercial strategy, manages distributors and key retail accounts, expands geographic and channel presence, leads China D2C and Asian Marketplace teams, and partners cross-functionally on launches, forecasting, pricing, and supply chain planning. Based in Shanghai or Shenzhen, the position requires China working rights, regional travel, strong negotiation skills, and experience across indirect sales and e-commerce channels.

Own global supply planning across B2B and DTC channels, managing inventory, purchase orders, OEM orders, distribution-center availability, and supplier coordination. Monitor Logility alerts, maintain master data, analyze supply-chain performance, and deliver reporting and commercial recommendations. Partner cross-functionally to resolve stock risks, improve workflows, automate processes, and maintain inventory and freight targets.
