Manage demand forecasts and supply plans to maintain optimal inventory across channels. Raise purchase orders, monitor inventory health and backorders, partner with suppliers and sales teams, maintain planning data in NetSuite and Logility, analyse forecast accuracy, and support continuous improvement to ensure on-time fulfilment.

Support setup, management, optimisation, and reporting of paid media campaigns (primarily Meta) for ecommerce. Assist with A/B and creative testing, collaborate with content teams, pull performance insights, and stay current with platform best practices to drive ROAS and growth.

Lead lifecycle and retention marketing to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value. Analyse customer cohorts and repurchase behaviour, build segmentation and automated Klaviyo flows, run email and SMS campaigns, manage deliverability and database health, and partner with commercial and development teams to ensure data-driven, compliant lifecycle programs.
