Lead hardware platform strategy and execution for first-party devices and certified ecosystems across POS terminals, handhelds, kiosks, peripherals, and OS layers. Define cross-platform approaches for Windows and Android, drive peripheral connectivity and driver reliability, build hardware certification programs with OEMs and payment providers, and manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and scale while balancing cost, performance, durability, and deployment speed.

Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design outcome-driven demos, manage RFPs and security reviews, identify integration risks, ensure solution accuracy, and hand off closed deals to implementation for large multi-unit restaurant accounts.

The role involves overseeing revenue recognition, billing operations, and collections for a SaaS company, while managing offshore teams and ensuring compliance with ASC 606.

Design, build, and maintain payment integrations and a reconciliation data platform for high-volume restaurant transactions. Implement terminal-to-cloud flows, ingestion pipelines, matching engines, reporting UIs, and payment analytics. Provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentor teammates to ensure reliable settlement and reconciliation.

Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET-based REST APIs and web applications. Work on database-driven solutions, participate in code reviews, spike new features, ensure unit/integration/performance testing, and support CI/CD and DevOps workflows. May participate in on-call rotation.

As a QA Engineer, you will test payment APIs and workflows, ensuring functionality, security, and reliability while supporting test automation and collaborating within an Agile team.

Lead and own hardware engineering: define strategy and roadmaps, manage full hardware lifecycle (IoT, CV, POS, KDS), drive R&D and edge compute platforms, manage procurement/OEM/vendor relations, ensure QA, regulatory compliance, hardware security, and cross-functional alignment.

Design, build, test, and deploy REST APIs and backend services in .NET. Collaborate with product and engineering on features, participate in code reviews, maintain CI/CD and Git workflows, and work with SQL and NoSQL data stores. Support testing practices (unit/integration/TDD) and occasionally participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
