Define cross-platform approaches for Windows and Android, drive peripheral connectivity and driver reliability, build hardware certification programs with OEMs and payment providers, and manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and scale while balancing cost, performance, durability, and deployment speed.

Owner of UI and end-to-end test automation for the guest-facing web/mobile ordering product. Architect and extend Playwright-based frameworks, design UI/API/integration tests, maintain CI/CD test execution, troubleshoot flaky tests, validate analytics and data flows, drive automation strategy, mentor QA engineers, and use AI-assisted tools to improve test design and productivity.
