Assists the Director of Wellness with daily nursing operations, supervises nursing and personal care staff, trains new employees, assesses residents, manages care, promotes service excellence, and supports compliance with federal and state requirements. The role requires an active LPN license, nursing experience, CPR certification, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
