Supports network infrastructure operations, including configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, LANs, WANs, and VPNs. Monitors network performance, assists with escalations, maintains documentation, conducts network testing, and applies network security practices. Lead B2B client acquisition and full-cycle sales across global markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, creating proposals, negotiating, closing deals, managing key accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, maintaining CRM pipelines, conducting market research, and meeting revenue targets. The role also collaborates with marketing and technical delivery teams on campaigns, tailored proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses, while providing market insights and supporting industry events.
