Teams at Qonto

Own daily treasury operations during Qonto’s transition from payment institution to licensed bank. Manage cash flows, liquidity, banking infrastructure, ALM execution, regulatory implementation, and a three-person treasury team. Lead the treasury workstream for the banking license project, coordinate with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and core banking teams, and build operational processes and systems aligned with banking requirements.

As a Backend Engineer at Qonto, you will design and maintain applications for finance solutions, focusing on quality, scalability, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Own compensation and benefits strategy, partnering with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and managers on hiring offers, promotions, retention, and pay reviews. Lead compensation cycles, benefits renewals, governance, compliance, salary structures, leveling, pay transparency, and scalable global frameworks. Provide data-informed recommendations, manage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and HRIS teams in an international, fast-scaling environment.
