Conduct continuous discovery with airline and MRO customers through interviews, observation, data analysis, prototyping, and experimentation. Partner with commercial and product teams to validate customer value, guide product decisions, ship meaningful products, and drive adoption and commercial growth.

As an AI-Native Software Developer, you'll build scalable SaaS solutions, leverage AI tools, and collaborate on product development while maintaining engineering fundamentals.
