Assemble, fabricate, test, troubleshoot, inspect, and repair products and subassemblies per drawings and work instructions. Operate hand tools and production equipment, document production and test results, perform routine maintenance, monitor inventory, and collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure quality and on-time builds.

Provide HR administrative support for hourly manufacturing staff across the employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, recordkeeping, employee transactions, attendance and performance support, reporting, and compliance while partnering with production leadership on staffing and employee relations.

Lead mechanical design of components and subsystems from concept through production. Solve system-level issues, run feasibility, prototyping and testing, apply DFM/DFA, create 3D models and production documentation in SolidWorks, manage BOMs and engineering data in ERP, support tooling and manufacturing readiness, guide redesigns for regulatory or quality needs, and mentor junior staff.

Administer and maintain document control processes to ensure QMS compliance (ISO 9001). Manage creation, revision, distribution, retention, and accessibility of controlled documents; support audits, train staff, enter and verify production/inspection/test data, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to improve document management.

Set up, operate, and optimize CNC machines (lathes, mills, multi-axis) to produce precision components. Perform complex setups, inspect parts with precision metrology, troubleshoot machining and tooling issues, document results, support process improvements, mentor junior machinists, and maintain safety and 5S shop standards to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
