Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and related equipment to produce precision components. Configure machines, select and measure tools, make minor program edits, monitor production, and inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools. Read technical drawings, calculate speeds and feeds, document quality results, perform basic maintenance, maintain 5S and safety standards, and meet production schedules while escalating technical issues appropriately.

Designs, develops, and supports embedded firmware and Linux platforms for industrial products. Responsibilities include bare-metal and RTOS development, bootloaders, OTA updates, secure boot, communications interfaces, hardware bring-up, lab debugging, CI/CD, testing, field support, and technical documentation. Collaborates across electrical, mechanical, cloud, manufacturing, and service teams while improving embedded engineering practices.

Ensures manufactured products meet safety, reliability, customer, and ISO 9001 quality standards. Develops quality criteria and capable processes, conducts audits and investigations, performs root cause analysis, manages CAPA and NCRs, maintains QMS documentation, trains production teams, and leads continuous quality improvement projects.
