The Implementation Consultant will configure QGenda's Scheduling product according to customer requirements, lead implementation calls, and ensure effective communication with teams throughout the process.

Design, build, and optimize scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, data models, and observability for analytics. Lead architecture, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and enable AI-ready data products supporting reporting and BI.

Provide reactive technical support for QGenda customers: troubleshoot and resolve issues, configure and manage client environments, meet SLAs, handle concierge phone support, escalate risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor peers as expertise grows.
