Owns the functional health, configuration, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central ERP. Leads a global Applications Engineering team supporting customer training, process optimization, troubleshooting, technical sales, product demonstrations, and new product development. Manages the Customer Experience Center, coordinates machine-order support, gathers customer feedback for R&D, develops technical content, and identifies new applications. Requires strong leadership, optical or photonics expertise, customer-facing communication, and experience in precision manufacturing environments.

Manage the organization’s financial administration, including purchase and sales invoices, bank transactions, monthly closing support, VAT administration, data accuracy, and financial reporting. The role also supports HR administration involving contracts, employee records, and absence registration. The administrator works closely with the Finance and HR Manager and colleagues, contributes to process improvements, and maintains accurate, structured records in an international high-tech environment.

Leads QED’s Manufacturing Engineering function, managing and developing engineers while driving process standardization, Lean and Six Sigma improvement, quality, compliance, product introduction, lifecycle support, capacity expansion, and equipment upgrades. Partners across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure manufacturing readiness, resolve complex production issues, maintain documentation and change control, and improve yield, cost, reliability, and quality.

The FP&A Manager leads forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, cash flow modeling, financial reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling. The role partners with senior management and functional leaders to provide actionable business insights, develop financial models and KPIs, and improve financial performance. Responsibilities also include risk management, insurance programs, customer letters of credit, bank guarantees, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes. This is an individual-contributor role requiring strong financial judgment, communication, and analytical skills.
