Provides documentation, writing, briefing, task-tracking, and meeting support for the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter Program Office. Produces presentations, reports, meeting notes, POA&Ms, and program documentation; researches and consolidates data; coordinates with senior military and civilian staff; supports ceremonial and lessons-learned reporting.

Provide on-site COR support for the U.S. Coast Guard OPC program: perform cost/price analyses, IGCE/RFP/ECP development, contract administration (CPARS, discrepancy reports, invoices, closeouts), CAC review, market research, reports/trackers, and other acquisition documentation. Support COR/ACOR with technical and financial evaluations and prepare presentations and memoranda.

Provide on-site Local TSM administration for the USCG OPC program at Austal USA: manage deficiency records, support dock/builder/acceptance trials, maintain deployable ETC database, develop trial card reports, coordinate TSM upgrades/testing with Navy/USCG, ensure ATO compliance, maintain Security+ certification, and report status to Project Manager and COR.

Manage contractor work as single point of contact for KO/COR for the OPC program. Oversee SharePoint database, IMS, EVM/EVMS surveillance, TSM deficiency management, ILS outfitting, timekeeping and invoicing processes, lead distributed teams, produce executive briefings, ensure compliance with DHS rules, and support COR with technical and administrative tasks.

Provide onsite EVMS and IMS surveillance for the OPC program: validate EVM reports and IMS, reconcile contractor data, perform analyses, produce executive reports/briefings, apply DCMA/ANSI-EIA-748 standards, and support PMR in identifying cost, schedule, and performance risks.

Provide on-site ILS, outfitting, and configuration management support for the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter program. Prepare reports and presentations, track outfitting status and equipment validation, participate in physical configuration audits, coordinate with shipbuilder and supply chain, and support contract reporting and invoice validation.

Provide SharePoint development, administration, and data management for the USCG OPC Program Office. Build and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, dashboards, and document repositories; produce metrics and reports; validate historical data; support reporting, meeting coordination, and program decision-making while complying with DHS/USCG security and access requirements.
