Serve as the top technical authority for enterprise geospatial intelligence systems supporting the Army. Responsibilities include systems analysis, automation, troubleshooting, requirements translation, workflow assessment, software recommendations, resource coordination, and configuring enterprise virtual servers with appropriate storage, networking, redundancy, and virtual hardware. The role requires advanced systems administration and engineering expertise, OpenShift knowledge, DoD cybersecurity certifications, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Build and maintain systems-level software and custom visualization and data analysis tools for Army GEOINT users. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, software design, development, testing, performance evaluation, documentation, troubleshooting, and customer advising. The role applies computer science, engineering, and mathematical modeling to geospatial intelligence systems and requires collaboration with analysts, engineers, programmers, and project managers.

Build and secure CI/CD pipelines for GEOINT software, develop automated testing tools, execute comprehensive QA and security tests, investigate defects, review code and documentation, and support release readiness. The role also involves debugging configuration and performance issues, maintaining defect databases, establishing quality standards, and collaborating with developers and technical support teams.

Designs, configures, analyzes, and improves hosted enterprise virtual server systems supporting GEOINT environments. Responsibilities include sizing virtual hardware, configuring storage, networking, redundancy, and failover, translating user needs into automation, assessing system capabilities, and recommending software improvements. The role requires advanced systems administration and virtualization expertise, especially Red Hat OpenShift, along with an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and required cybersecurity certifications.

Leads large Army GEOINT IT support projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, contracts, deliverables, communications, and technical staff. Serves as the connection between business and technical stakeholders, develops implementation and cost-benefit plans, oversees project resources, and ensures quality execution. Requires 5–10+ years of IT project management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, PMP certification, and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Administers and architects virtual desktop infrastructure, including virtual machines, desktop templates, host pools, hypervisors, server hardware, capacity, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, security, patching, and upgrades. Troubleshoots complex desktop, application, connectivity, and performance issues while maintaining VDI availability and security. Requires at least five years of VDI administration experience, relevant technical education or equivalent experience, and an active Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.

Architects and maintains enterprise MECM/SCCM infrastructure across distributed networks; leads OS and third-party patching, vulnerability remediation, software packaging, deployment, and Windows imaging. Develops PowerShell automation, SQL queries, SSRS reports, and CMPivot queries for endpoint compliance and health reporting. Provides Tier 3 escalation support, technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and mentorship to junior administrators while supporting stringent DoD security and compliance requirements.

Administer IBM Apptio Costing, Planning, and Cloudability SaaS environments as the TBM and FinOps subject matter expert. Develop cost models, allocation methodologies, showback and chargeback reporting, dashboards, data integrations, and operational processes. Reconcile financial and cloud usage data, support implementation and continuous improvement, and collaborate with finance, cloud engineering, application, program, executive, federal, and defense stakeholders.
