As a Senior People Manager, you will serve as a strategic HR partner, lead people strategies, drive transformation, and coach People Business Partners across corporate business units.

Lead LAX engineering operations across a 24/7, multi-shift environment to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft maintenance. Manage large technical and support teams, oversee production, OTP, resource allocation, contractor performance, regulatory (CASA/FAA) compliance, cost control, and major disruption response. Drive continuous improvement, safety culture, stakeholder relationships, and delivery of complex engineering projects.

Leads health, safety, and environmental initiatives across Qantas’s Asian operations, including airports, engineering, freight, lounges, and cabin crew. Develops safety frameworks, governance, reporting, and risk-based strategies; partners with operational leaders to improve safety culture and frontline capability. Provides expert guidance to suppliers, contractors, regulators, and senior stakeholders while managing transformational projects and cross-functional safety outcomes across Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
