Leads multiple engineering teams and managers developing SaaS ERP foundations, extensibility capabilities, and AI-driven tools for customer transformation. Owns architecture, delivery, reliability, engineering KPIs, Agile execution, talent development, and partner governance. Collaborates across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Services, Security, and DevOps to modernize mature enterprise software while maintaining customer commitments and operational quality.

Leads engineering delivery and technical direction for QAD’s Supplier Relationship Management and Enterprise Quality Management System products. Oversees internal and outsourced engineering teams, vendor accountability, architecture, product roadmaps, releases, quality, security, automated testing, and CI/CD. Partners with Product Management, Architecture, Customer Success, senior leadership, and external delivery partners to deliver scalable enterprise SaaS products.

Design, develop, test, and optimize scalable full-stack SaaS applications across frontend and backend services. Resolve complex technical issues, improve performance and maintainability, contribute to cloud-native microservices architecture, and collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps. Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and take end-to-end ownership of critical software components.
