The Progress Developer II will analyze and resolve application issues, develop and enhance applications primarily using Progress OpenEdge ABL and Java, and participate in the full software development lifecycle while ensuring high-quality code and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Drive expansion within existing manufacturing customer accounts by selling Champion AI agents and Adaptive ERP on AWS. Own end-to-end upsell and cross-sell deals, build AI business cases, partner with Customer Success for account strategy, manage complex high-value expansion opportunities, maintain executive relationships, and ensure accurate pipeline and forecasting.

Design and deploy LLM-based integrations and agentic workflows across the GTM tech stack to boost pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and reduce vendor spend. Build predictive models and Next-Best-Action recommendations, ensure data integrity in Salesforce, and train GTM teams on AI tooling and prompt/agent management to improve sales, marketing, and customer success outcomes.
