Execute EMEA ABM and revenue-marketing programs focused on demand capture: run multi-channel paid media, email, content syndication, webinars and events; manage day-to-day ABM execution; monitor intent signals; align BDR and sales outreach; maintain campaign instrumentation and attribution in Salesforce to drive pipeline outcomes.

Provide advanced technical support for QAD and Progress products, diagnose and resolve complex ERP and database issues, perform Progress DBA tasks, manage installations/upgrades/configurations, create documentation and training materials, collaborate with R&D and Product teams, participate in shift rotations and on-call coverage to support a global 24/7 customer base.

Drive cross-functional value creation and AI transformation initiatives: define measurable initiatives, build KPI dashboards and business cases, track execution, partner with functions and vendors, support operating model and SI transitions, and produce executive-ready reporting to realize measurable business impact.
