Develop and own scalable full-stack SaaS features across frontend and backend services. Design, test, debug, and optimize web applications and architectures while collaborating with Product, QA, and DevOps. Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and apply software engineering principles involving APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud-native development.

Own the technical vision and multi-year architecture roadmap for an enterprise-scale SaaS platform and agentic AI initiatives. Design multi-tenant, multi-region cloud platforms, data foundations, and AI systems; establish architecture governance, security, reliability, and technical standards; lead build-versus-buy decisions; resolve systemic risks; mentor principal engineers; and align executives, product leaders, and engineering teams.

Leads multiple engineering teams and managers responsible for QAD’s ERP platform, foundational capabilities, modernization, AI-driven customer transformation, product quality, architecture, delivery, and operational readiness. Partners across Product, Services, Architecture, Security, DevOps, and external engineering teams to evolve a mature SaaS ERP product, reduce customer complexity, accelerate upgrades, and develop engineering leadership talent.
