The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the capabilities of the Support organization, ensuring team members are equipped to provide excellent customer support. This role involves designing content, administering LMS, and collaborating with various teams to tailor training for different audiences, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Senior individual contributor owning pricing governance end-to-end: run pricing committee, evaluate margin economics, execute CPQ and price list updates, enable Sales, and improve pricing processes and controls across business units.

Lead GTM with TCS and other GSIs to generate joint pipeline and co-sell deals for QAD Adaptive Applications and Champion AI. Own partner relationships, drive partner-led deal progression from prospecting to close, create account plans, coordinate internal resources, deliver partner governance and forecasting, and execute QBRs to accelerate global revenue growth.
