Owns profit and loss, early customer pursuits, capital formation, contract awards, board reporting, and development of a scalable recurring-revenue model serving defense, public safety, critical-infrastructure, and commercial customers.

Lead front-end architecture and development of secure, accessible, high-performance AWS-hosted web applications. Define standards, build reusable component libraries, integrate with AWS services, mentor teams, embed DevSecOps and automated testing, and ensure DoD compliance and usability across enterprise applications.

Support and improve the National Guard Bureau's Knowledge Management System by designing metadata/taxonomy, governing content lifecycle, conducting knowledge capture, training users, and producing analytics and reports to enable decision-making and future AI capabilities.

Administer and enhance the National Guard Bureau Knowledge Management System using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. Configure site architecture, metadata, permissions, content types, workflows, and enterprise search; develop Power Automate flows; provide technical support and governance alignment; and prepare content structures for future AI/RAG capabilities while ensuring information security and compliance.

Lead DoW-focused business development to originate, shape, and win new work. Own end-to-end pipeline and capture efforts, drive proposal development, build partner networks, and pursue innovation acquisition pathways (OTAs, SBIR/STTR). Translate market insight into growth strategies and revenue targets while managing multiple concurrent pursuits in a high-growth environment.

Provide consecutive French-English interpretation during KIIs and interviews, ensure accurate communication between interviewers and respondents, review and clarify translated content for accuracy and terminology consistency, coordinate with the evaluation team, and support qualitative data collection professionally and confidentially.

Conduct desk and field reviews of infrastructure/ICT projects to verify compliance with design, materials, O&M, and IFC/World Bank E&S standards; identify E&S risks and corrective actions; perform site inspections, stakeholder interviews, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare technical reports and compliance matrices.
