Lead business development and capture for DoW-focused opportunities (DSCA, COCOMs). Identify, shape, and prioritize pursuits, develop capture strategies, secure teaming, engage clients, and support proposal development and submission. Coordinate with leadership and BD staff to align priorities and track pursuits; represent the firm in meetings and events.

Lead TPM activities for a USG portfolio in Latin America and the Caribbean: liaise with CORs and partners, oversee field monitoring and reporting, design monitoring frameworks, train enumerators, review translations and data, and edit deliverables to ensure quality, compliance, and clear insights for government clients.

Lead end-to-end capture and business development for Department of War (DoW) work, focusing on DSCA and COCOMs. Own pipeline and CRM, develop capture strategies, build partner networks, shape pre-RFP opportunities, and support proposal development to meet revenue targets.
