Lead business development and capture for DoW-focused opportunities (DSCA, COCOMs). Identify, shape, and prioritize pursuits, develop capture strategies, secure teaming, engage clients, and support proposal development and submission. Coordinate with leadership and BD staff to align priorities and track pursuits; represent the firm in meetings and events.

Lead corporate and DoD knowledge-management communications: develop strategic communications and marketing plans, produce content for web and social (LinkedIn), manage SharePoint and CMS pages, run multi-channel outreach and stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews, surveys), apply UX principles to improve portal adoption, and coordinate with leadership, technical teams, and government stakeholders to drive awareness and sustained engagement.

Lead front-end architecture and development of secure, accessible, high-performance AWS-hosted web applications. Define standards, build reusable component libraries, integrate with AWS services, mentor teams, embed DevSecOps and automated testing, and ensure DoD compliance and usability across enterprise applications.
