Develop new business for an AI/ML defense training platform by prospecting named accounts, conducting discovery, delivering demonstrations, shaping pilots and proposals, managing CRM pipelines, closing sales, and supporting expansion. The role targets government, defense, public-safety, critical-infrastructure, sports, and commercial customers. It requires customer-facing communication, consultative selling, technical product fluency, disciplined forecasting, and approximately 20–30% travel. The position is remote and offers a $60,000 base salary plus commission.

Leads company strategy, fundraising, government go-to-market, business development, pricing, organizational growth, compliance, and product oversight for an AI/ML-driven UAS and counter-UAS training platform. Owns profit and loss, early customer pursuits, capital formation, contract awards, board reporting, and development of a scalable recurring-revenue model serving defense, public safety, critical-infrastructure, and commercial customers.

Designs, builds, and maintains secure cloud data pipelines and centralized repositories; publishes curated datasets; develops WPS AI agents; produces dashboards and visualizations for senior military leadership; supports NATO and annual statutory reporting and prepares technical briefings and deliverables.
