Designs, builds, and maintains secure cloud data pipelines and centralized repositories; publishes curated datasets; develops WPS AI agents; produces dashboards and visualizations for senior military leadership; supports NATO and annual statutory reporting and prepares technical briefings and deliverables.

Leads overall execution of a U.S. Department of State EAP monitoring, evaluation, and learning task order. Serves as primary government point of contact while overseeing staffing, deliverables, budgets, schedules, quality control, risk mitigation, reporting, compliance, and client engagement. Manages multidisciplinary and regional teams, subcontractors, consultants, and surge support across Washington, DC and East Asia and the Pacific. Reviews client-facing products and ensures adherence to State Department, 18 FAM 301.4, Section 508, contractual, security, and quality requirements.

Manages day-to-day task order operations for a U.S. Government monitoring, evaluation, and learning platform. Oversees staffing, recruitment, consultants, subcontractors, travel, logistics, security compliance, work planning, deliverable tracking, reporting, and administrative processes. Coordinates dispersed technical teams and regional partners while maintaining project systems and ensuring contractual, quality, and security requirements are met. The role is based in Washington, DC and includes international travel as required.
