Lead DoW-focused business development to originate, shape, and win new work. Own end-to-end pipeline and capture efforts, drive proposal development, build partner networks, and pursue innovation acquisition pathways (OTAs, SBIR/STTR). Translate market insight into growth strategies and revenue targets while managing multiple concurrent pursuits in a high-growth environment.

Serve as the customer-facing systems engineer for a browser-based, AI-powered C-UAS training and decision-rehearsal platform. Own the C-UAS lexicon, author scenarios and AAR rubrics, run customer pilots and live demos, map player decisions to doctrine gaps, ensure policy/legal alignment across jurisdictions, and feed requirements into the engineering backlog to drive commercial readiness and pricing validation.

Lead business development and capture for DoW-focused opportunities (DSCA, COCOMs). Identify, shape, and prioritize pursuits, develop capture strategies, secure teaming, engage clients, and support proposal development and submission. Coordinate with leadership and BD staff to align priorities and track pursuits; represent the firm in meetings and events.
