Manage requirements, risks, timelines, and deliverables while developing safe, reliable, manufacturable designs. Provide technical support across purchasing, service, sales, marketing, and production.

Leads profitability and business development across multiple Test Services locations. The role drives new sales, pricing strategy, customer engagement, operational efficiency, staff development, recruiting, succession planning, budgeting, and growth strategy. It also oversees managers, resolves customer and employee issues, collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, and headquarters, and requires substantial travel among locations and customer sites.

Assists with monthly financial close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, KPI reporting, annual planning, fixed asset management, inventory costing, and ad hoc financial analysis across multiple entities.

Leads business development and profitability for Test Services locations, focusing on new business generation, sales growth, pricing, customer engagement, and competitive analysis. Oversees staff leadership, coaching, recruitment, performance reviews, succession planning, capital budgeting, and employee engagement. Collaborates with operations, marketing, sales, R&D, and corporate leadership to develop short- and long-term growth strategies. This fully onsite role requires 25–40% travel.

Coordinates manufacturing quality activities, including nonconforming material, CAPA, deviations, supplier issues, inspections, calibration, and quality reporting. Develops dashboards and analyzes trends to identify systemic problems, supports root-cause investigations, and drives corrective actions. Supervises and mentors inspection personnel, maintains quality documentation, applies Lean and 5S practices, and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Warehouse to improve product quality and operational performance.
