Operates metalworking and material-handling equipment, performs process and finished-product quality checks, adjusts processes when specifications are missed, packages finished goods, and maintains a safe, clean production environment. The role requires basic measurement, blueprint interpretation, computer, and math skills, along with the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work overtime or weekends.

Leads profitability and new-business generation across Q-Lab’s Test Services locations. Responsibilities include developing sales growth programs, customer engagement, pricing and profitability analysis, staff leadership and development, recruitment, succession planning, capital budgeting, and collaboration with corporate teams on growth strategies and product sales. The role is fully onsite at one of three U.S. locations and requires 25–40% travel.

Own electrical engineering projects spanning new product development, design improvements, cost reduction, prototyping, testing, documentation, and manufacturing. Design board-level analog and digital circuits, sensors, power devices, and high-voltage systems. Manage requirements, risks, timelines, and deliverables while developing safe, reliable, manufacturable designs. Provide technical support across purchasing, service, sales, marketing, and production.
