Provides onsite IT support across offices and manufacturing sites, troubleshooting Windows devices, hardware, software, Microsoft 365, business applications, collaboration tools, meeting rooms, mobile devices, and connectivity. Owns incidents through resolution, supports digital workplace projects and Microsoft 365/Copilot rollouts, assists with business-critical events, trains users, manages stakeholders, and identifies continuous service improvements.

Supports procurement strategies across raw materials, packaging, and third-party suppliers. Coordinates supplier onboarding, product and packaging changes, tenders, benchmarking, risk monitoring, and cross-functional projects. Uses procurement data to identify cost savings, improve supplier performance, manage risks, and support manufacturing, sourcing, and innovation activities.

Leads adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform across the business. Identifies AI, automation, and digital innovation opportunities; develops prototypes and solutions; facilitates workshops; coaches citizen developers; and translates business needs into secure, scalable technology solutions. The role also reviews solution designs and supplier recommendations while building internal digital capabilities and supporting technology adoption and change.
