Manage customer orders end to end, resolve supply issues, monitor service performance, and improve OTIF and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with planning, logistics, commercial, finance, and customer teams to align supply with demand, contribute to forecasts, strengthen customer relationships, and identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.

Leads PZ Cussons’ ecommerce and digital growth strategy across D2C, marketplaces, pureplay and omnichannel retailers. Owns ecommerce P&L, revenue, profitability, forecasting and trade investment while improving digital brand presence, retailer relationships, product discoverability, content, merchandising, site performance and fulfillment. Drives digital transformation, data and automation adoption, cross-functional capability building, and high-performing team development across the commercial organization.

Supervise territory sales performance by achieving KPIs, managing distributors and customer relationships, executing sales drivers, coordinating merchandisers, monitoring inventory and POS materials, enforcing credit and collections controls, and maintaining retail, quality, environmental, and safety standards. The role also develops customer plans, reviews distributor performance, supports promotions, and drives sell-in, distribution, visibility, pricing, and category growth.
