Sell enterprise data and AI services across the Pacific Northwest: hunt new logos, convert inbound leads, and expand accounts. Lead discovery, craft business cases, co-sell with hyperscaler/OEM partners, manage end-to-end complex sales cycles, and coordinate internal delivery, solutions, legal, and finance teams. Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, forecast revenue, and represent Pythian to C-level buyers for Production AI, Database Managed Services, and cloud data platform engagements.

Provide remote support and lifecycle management for Linux infrastructure across data center and cloud environments. Install, deploy, patch, and upgrade OSs; maintain core services; deploy web and open-source apps; design automation with Bash and Ansible; troubleshoot incidents and produce RCAs; implement security best practices; manage projects and participate in on-call rotation.

Administer, secure, patch, and optimize Windows Server environments and VMware infrastructure (vSphere/vCenter/ESXi). Provide technical support, troubleshooting, RCA for incidents, on-call escalation, datacenter operations, migrations, decommissions, and maintain documentation and vendor coordination.

Administer, secure, and optimize hybrid Azure and Windows Server environments. Deploy and maintain IaaS/PaaS workloads, manage hybrid identity (Azure AD Connect/SSO), networking (VNet, NSG, VPN), patching, backup/recovery, monitoring, VMware and data center infrastructure. Automate tasks with PowerShell and IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), perform incident management and RCA, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate on migrations, upgrades, and documentation to ensure availability, performance, and compliance.

Design, deploy, and operate large-scale distributed systems; manage Kubernetes, Istio, and Linux environments; automate workflows with Go/Python/shell; build observability with Prometheus/Grafana/Loki; troubleshoot networking, storage, and performance; participate in on-call rotations and postmortems; collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for model training and data pipelines.
