Oversees clinical services for a behavioral healthcare facility, ensuring clinical standards, compliance, treatment scheduling, and evidence-based modalities. Evaluates clients, identifies diagnoses, supports treatment planning, facilitates treatment teams, supervises counselors, maintains a caseload, manages crises, and maintains client records. The director also supports program development, provider and stakeholder engagement, facility tours, and marketing efforts.

Coordinates care for residential treatment clients and families by managing appointments, schedules, treatment engagement, referrals, transportation, aftercare and discharge planning. Maintains communication with treatment teams, referral sources and external providers, documents contacts in Carelogic, supports group facilitation, and assists with client navigation and outpatient sessions.

Provides recovery-oriented peer support to clients receiving behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. Uses lived experience to promote engagement, connect clients with community resources, develop recovery supports, coordinate with treatment teams, document services, support crisis planning, and assist with transportation. Maintains confidentiality, participates in quality assurance, communicates client progress, and supports clients before, during, and after treatment.
